Rachel Joined Woolliscrofts in 1997, initially working as an Office junior. She was soon promoted to Legal Secretary, and then again to Legal Assistant working within the Personal Injury Department. Rachel is now an Associate Solicitor currently working within the Civil Litigation Department.
Rachel has been involved in conduct of a wide range of contentious civil litigation, including (but not limited to) Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Claims for Criminal Injuries Compensation, Corporate Recovery, Contractual Disputes, Professional Negligence, Inheritance Act Litigation, Litigation Proceedings before the Mercantile Court and Financial Irregularity Claims.
She currently specialises in Financial Irregularity Litigation.
She has experience of dealing with high value litigation involving complex legal issues related to liability, causation and quantum (including litigation against Public Bodies) and conducts advocacy before a variety of Tribunals, including the County Court, High Court, Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal and Coroner’s Court.
