Unfair dismissal :
Unfair dismissal is the termination of a contract of employment for reasons that aren't justifiable under the Employment Act. If the terms of the contract have not been met then the employer has a right to dismiss the employee, but if the employee has met all these standards and has still been dismissed, then that could be seen as unfair. Within three months of the contract being unfairly ended, the employee can appeal to an employment tribunal to get their job back or to be compensated for the dismissal. For this to happen the tribunal must prove that the employer unfairly dismissed the employee.
