Queen's Bench Division :
The Queen's Bench Division is part of the High Court of Justice in England and Wales that is responsible for civil law regarding contracts and tort. It is also presides over appeals from both the magistrates' court and certain tribunals.

Queen's Counsel :
The Queen's Counsel or QC is the title given to a senior barrister who is recommended as counsel to the Queen by the Lord Chancellor. QCs are senior to normal barristers and solicitors, but they have no extra duties to carry out within the courtroom.
