Official Secrets Act :
The Official Secrets Act was established to protect sensitive information relating to national security. This information includes passwords, secret codes, diagrams and plans that may be useful for foreign intelligence to use against national military. The act also prohibits the unlawful trespass in a military or intelligence related building or compound (such as an airfield or government building). All members of the armed forces and intelligence services, as well as communications organisations such as the Post Office sign the Act.

Old Bailey :
The Old Bailey is the name used for the Central Criminal Court in London, the principal Crown Court for the London area. The name Old Bailey refers to the buildings location on the site of an ancient bailey that formed part of the London city wall.
