Guilty :
Guilty can either be a plea or a verdict in a court situation. If an offender is accused of certain crimes, then they can plead guilty as a way of admitting what they have done. In addition, at the end of the court proceedings the judge and jury will decide a verdict of guilty, which will lead to the offender being sentenced.
