April 2007 - Merger with Edward Hollinshead
The Partners of Wooliscrofts are delighted to announce the merger, with effect from 13th April 2007, with another long-standing and well-established local firm of Solicitors, namely Edward Hollinshead, who practise from two premises in Butterfield Place, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent & Crewe Road, Alsager, Cheshire.
This is, for both firms, a very exciting development which will bring with it a number of benefits for our clients. The new firm will be bigger, practisng from 4 local offices, with greater resources to invest in the service which we aim to provide to our clients. The pool of legal expertise will be greater, both in terms of the experience available and the depth of that experience.
As a result of the merger, Phillip Lymer (formerly Partner in Edward Hollinshead) & Amy Walklate will be joining this firm as Partners.
